The Mystery of the Mummy Hints

It's too dark to leave the cellar.

  • 1 of 11: Once you have solved the puzzles that allow you access to another room adjacent to the wine cellar, you will need to find a way to light that room.
  • 2 of 11: The simplest thing to do would be to use some sort of flame, or torch.
  • 3 of 11: You don't have one, nor is there one handy...
  • 4 of 11: ...however, you can construct one.
  • 5 of 11: Combine a rag and a stick in your inventory to create a torch.
  • 6 of 11: You will need two more things to enable the torch.
  • 7 of 11: One is fuel to burn.
  • 8 of 11: You've just been through a wine cellar.  Surely there's something there that will serve.
  • 9 of 11: Take the gin bottle, and use it on the torch in your inventory.  It is now ready to burn.
  • 10 of 11: It still needs to be lit, though.
  • 11 of 11: Use your matches on the torch in inventory.  You will now have enough light to enter the adjacent room.
