The Mystery of the Mummy Hints

I've had enough! Just tell me the full solution.

  • Make sure you begin this solution immediately after you've reset the puzzle.  To reset the puzzle, back away from the panel, then move into the close-up view again.  If you make a mistake partway through the solution, you may need to reset the puzzle and start again from the beginning.

    Number the positions on the puzzle from left to right, top to bottom, so that the top left position is number 1, and the bottom right position is number 16.  (This may not be the most efficient solution -- but it *will* solve the puzzle.)  Using this numbering pattern, move the tiles in the following order:

    To solve the top half --

    12, 11, 10, 14, 13, 9, 5, 6, 10, 9, 5, 6, 2, 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 4, 3, 2, 6, 10, 11, 12, 8, 4, 3, 7, 6, 10, 9, 13, 14, 15, 11, 7, 6, 5, 9.

    To solve the bottom half --
