  • This isn't the only way to solve this puzzle, and it might not even be the fastest. But it's one that I know works.

    Number the tile spaces 1 to 9, 1 at the top left and 9 at the bottom right, and move them in this order:

    6 - 5 - 8 - 7 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 5 - 8 - 7 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 3
    6 - 5 - 8 - 7 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 5 - 8 - 9 - 6 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 4
    5 - 8 - 7 - 4 - 5 - 8 - 9 - 6 - 5 - 8 - 9

    Now breathe a heavy sigh of relief and save your game so you don't have to do the blasted thing again.
