How do I solve the game in the coffee table?
1 of 6: This is a fun little puzzle. Try clicking on the arrow buttons and see what happens.
2 of 6: The arrow buttons move the little brass piece around. If it gets up close to a marble or to that square block, it will give it a push; this makes the block move one space, and the marbles roll until they hit something.
3 of 6: The goal is to get the little brass pusher piece over to the far right, where you can see a glass eye. The problem is that the pusher can't go past the laser beams (or whatever they are). Read all the way to the end of this hint for step-by-step instructions on how to get the glass eye.
4 of 6: What you need to do here is use the marbles to block the laser beams. In order to get the marbles into the right positions, you're going to use the pusher to move the block so it will stop the marbles from rolling too far.
5 of 6: One thing about the pusher is that it can only push, it can't pull. That means if you get a piece into a corner or against a wall, you'll be stuck and have to start over again (by pushing the button with the star on it or backing away from the table). So plan ahead -- think about where a piece will go when you push it.
