What am I supposed to be doing here?
1 of 5: Take a look at the map on the wall on the right as you enter.
2 of 5: The red light is where you are now. You want to reach the upper right part of the map, where you can see a ladder leading up to a room above the water tanks.
3 of 5: But that's harder than it looks. The only way to get from one area to the next is via bridges that only show up when the water in that area is at the same level you're at. When the water level isn't right, all you'll see is a big empty space.
4 of 5: You can raise and lower the water level using the big wheel next to the water tank; turn it left to fill and right to drain. The little water tubes next to the wheel show you the levels of the three tanks, and the diagram shows you where each tank gets its water.
