of 7: When your pager goes off, Nancy will always call your attention to it. When that happens, drop whatever you're doing and head up to the altana, the rooftop garden where Margherita usually sits.
of 7: You don't have to really panic and bolt up there, though. If this is the first time you've been up here, Margherita will make you talk to her first. Don't panic; Fango will wait for you.
of 7: On the roof, look past Margherita to the buildings beyond. See the one that says "Argon" on top? That's Fango's building.
of 7: Walk up to the wall and pull out your binoculars, then use them on the building. If Fango is there (and he isn't always), wait till he either does something that Nancy comments on or he leaves the office, maybe a minute or two. You can then back away and go call Sophia, if he did something interesting.
of 7: The first time you spy on Fango, Margherita will quite naturally ask what you're doing. You can choose any answer you like, since the results will be the same. (Telling her you're watching birds will get you an amusing reference to one of the previous games.)
of 7: After you talk to Margherita, just stay looking at Fango. After about 30 seconds, something will happen that Nancy will comment on, and she'll call Sophia automatically.
