What are these weird ink colors?
These are the colors used in full-color printing. C is cyan (greeny blue), M is magenta (purplish red), Y is yellow, and K is black. (It's K rather than B because black is the "key" color, the most important one that the others are calibrated to.)
All printing uses these four colors to make all the different colors they use. The next time you buy a newspaper with color comics, try looking at the colors with a magnifying glass -- you'll find it's all combinations of these four colors.
