1 of 3: Not any more than any other Nancy Drew game, but there are two places where someone suddenly appears, which always makes me gasp and clutch at my chest. Read on if you want to know exactly when and where this happens.
2 of 3: The first time you emerge from the secret passage in the Nursery, a crow flies at Nancy, and then she sees something outside that startles her.
3 of 3: When you find the key for the little box in the bog hut and look at the item in the box, when you turn around there's someone standing there. Nancy gets awfully scared, but nothing really terrible happens.
