Johnny's Beacon
1 of 3: To find the beacon, get into the sloop and sail up and left around Dread Isle.
2 of 3: Criss-cross the area till you see two large white lumpy rocks sticking up out of the ocean. That little red thing between them is Johnny's beacon.
3 of 3: Sail over the top of the beacon, being careful not to smash into the two rocks, to pick it up.
