1 of 3: That means that you either haven't finished decoding El Toro's journal --
2 of 3: -- or you did, but you didn't read through it after you decoded it. Open the translated journal in your inventory and flip through all the pages to the end to make Nancy read it all.
3 of 3: You might also need to go read the book in the basket at the resort lobby. It's only two pages, after all.
