Nancy Drew 21: Warnings at Waverly Academy Hints

How do I complete these orthographic views?

  • 1 of 6: When you ask Corine for the key to the Special Collections display in the library --
  • 2 of 6: -- she'll ask you to work on some orthographic views for her. These are technical drawings of objects from different angles, as you can see from the sample Corine gives you.
  • 3 of 6: Your task is to pick the drawings that show what the object would look like from the top, the right side, and the "front" (which in these drawings is the left side). Read to the end of this hint for a screenshot showing which drawings go where.
  • 4 of 6: The object on the top right is the easiest one; it's basically a big U. And from the top, you'd see the two ends of the U plus the flat space between them. Do you see now?
  • 5 of 6: If you do the easiest ones first, that will reduce the number of views to choose from, which will make the harder ones a little simpler. I generally do the top right, then the top left, then the bottom left, and finally the bottom right.
