Who did the money boxes belong to?
I thought at first that they were Brooke's payoffs to Scott, but there are problems with that; for one thing, it's not near enough money. I think they must be the payoffs to Frosty for his illicit storm footage. All the same, there are still problems. Can you imagine anyone with an ego like Frosty being willing to see someone else's name on his work?
