The outer circle is A; the inner circle is D. You can start with any circle you like, but you must solve the red pattern completely first, then the green, then the blue.
Red:
Turn circle A 7 times clockwise.
Turn circle B 9 times counterclockwise.
Turn circle C 1 time clockwise.
Turn circle D 1 time clockwise.
Green:
Turn circle A 9 times clockwise.
Turn circle B 1 time counterclockwise.
Circle C is perfect; don't turn it.
Turn circle D 1 time clockwise.
Blue:
Circle A is perfect; don't turn it.
Turn circle B 3 times clockwise.
Turn circle C 9 times clockwise.
Turn circle D 5 times counterclockwise.
