Nancy Drew 22: Trail of the Twister Hints
How do I fix the antennas?
1 of 7: As you can see, there are pieces scattered all over the ground. All you need to do is pick the pieces up and put them back where they belong.
2 of 7: Some of the pieces will have to be rotated; right-click to turn them around.
3 of 7: When you place a piece in the right place, it stays there and can't be moved again; if you put it in the wrong place, it falls out so you can try again.
4 of 7: Some pieces go on the front antenna, and some on the back; and since they all look the same size when they're on the ground, you can't tell which pieces go where by size. Look instead for the missing pieces that might match the one you have in your hand.
5 of 7: For example, look around till you find a piece shaped like a backwards letter Z. Flip it till it looks like a backwards N, and it fits in the middle of the back antenna, in the section with the zigzags. Look around for a piece like a large V; turn it so the point is up, and it fits into the front antenna in that same zigzag section.
6 of 7: This whole puzzle is not as hard as it looks at first, because you only have to deal with the sections of the antenna that face you. That is, you can treat them as if they're flat pictures rather than three-dimensional objects -- you don't have to try to place pieces that you can't quite see in the back side. See?
7 of 7: Here's what the final antenna should look like, with the pieces lined in red:
