How do I chase down the culprit?
1 of 5: After you leave the Grange, you and Debbie have a long conversation. When that ends, it's time to go after --
2 of 5: -- Scott, psycho prima donna that he is. The arrow in the lower right corner of the screen shows his general location; go there.
3 of 5: There's no more traffic, but there are lots of other hazards -- tree branches, downed power lines, and storms everywhere. Avoid them; you can't pull into any spots to repair yourself now, and the GPS doesn't work anymore.
4 of 5: When you find the big white van, just follow it as best you can. You're not trying to stop it, just keep track of it.
5 of 5: Eventually it comes to a stop, at the Spring house. Pull into that spot too.
