Why is everyone so reluctant to talk to me?
1 of 3: Well, you are asking total strangers pushy and insistent questions about extremely painful subjects, aren't you? I'm surprised Nancy doesn't get this kind of reaction more often, actually. You'll have to find other ways to find out the things you want to find out.
2 of 3: In the meantime, be careful about asking insensitive questions; they often make people too upset to talk to you anymore. There's at least one occasion when they might get mad enough to throw you out, after which there's only Second Chance to keep the game going.
3 of 3: You might want to save your game before you ask the more delicate questions. That way, if the person gets all huffy and refuses to talk, you can always replay the conversation and put those questions last.
