Is there a way to get hints in the game?
1 of 2: If you're playing as a junior detective, Ned has installed an app called "Hint Hotline" on your cell phone. It will give you hints about specific puzzles you're facing, and it's quite helpful if those are the things you're stuck on. You can also call Frank and ask for hints. If you can't remember what else you're supposed to be doing, remember your checklist -- it can be very helpful, but it's not definitive.
2 of 2: If you're playing as a senior detective, you don't have any of that. However, you do have your journal, and it's sometimes helpful to see what things Nancy thinks are worth writing down. It can also be helpful to talk to Frank and Ned to get their thoughts, though only in a vague sort of way, since they rarely have anything that useful to say.
