Why did the culprit abduct that particular person?
I can think of two reasons. First, of course, Lukas is just annoying, and it must have been a lot of fun to drag him away and lock him up. Secondly, Anja's whole plot hinged on abducting Nancy, but Nancy was turning out to be too smart and too quick to be easily abducted. Maybe she just lowered her sights and took the only person too small to fight back.
