Nancy Drew 24: The Captive Curse Hints
I knocked the cards down! How do I put them back?
1 of 8: If you look closely at the cards displayed in the bookcase to the right of Karl's desk, they all come tumbling down. He must have had them balanced ever so delicately! Click on the display to put them back.
2 of 8: As Karl says, you need to put them back exactly the way they were. That means the trays they sit on have to match the lines on the wall. Read to the end of this hint to see what cards go where.
3 of 8: Each tray has one Monster, one Hero, and one Magic card. Some of these are obvious -- Fenarius Wolf is clearly a bad guy, for example -- but some are less so. Read the "Raid Game Guide," on the shelf under the card display, to find out the class of each card.
4 of 8: So now you know that Fairy Trigger is Magic, the Robber is a Monster, Professor Sparrow is a Hero, and so on. The process from this point on is trial and error. That is, put the Monsters in the Monster slots, the Heroes in the Hero slots, and the Magics in the Magic slots, and then start moving them from one tray to the next to try to make the trays hit the lines.
5 of 8: Annoying? You bet. Read on for the way to arrange the cards.
6 of 8: Left: Sailor RedBraid, Donkey King, Fairy Trigger
7 of 8: Middle: Fenarius Wolf, Professor Sparrow, Enchanted Mirror
