Where is it, and how do I get in?
1 of 4: The glass room is a workshop where molten glass is shaped and molded. You can reach it in a couple of ways, but the easiest is to leave the gift shop by the back door, go up the stairs, then turn right and go down the stairs to a locked door with a warning sign.
2 of 4: You'll need a key, but you won't be able to ask anyone about it until you know a little more about it.
3 of 4: Go back to the gift shop and read the "The Art of Glass," the blue book on the glass shelves to the left of the T-shirts. Hmm ...
