How do I open the furnace without frying?
1 of 3: See the sign at the left that says "Achtung!"? That's German for "Warning!" Maybe you better translate it.
2 of 3: In case you can't read it, it says, "High Heat! Do not open furnace door without placing shield in front of furnace." Good advice.
3 of 3: The shield is the sliding door the sign is stuck to. Slide that shield over, and now you can open the furnace door safely.
