2 of 10: -- a new area is opened, which is totally awesome! -- until Dylan stupidly barges in and gets trapped by a cave-in. Twit!
3 of 10: Well, even if you're tempted to leave him in there, we need to get him out so we can explore the new area.
4 of 10: To do this, we need to remove six of these great big rocks in such a way that the ones that are left don't fall in on Dylan. Read to the end of this hint for a picture showing which rocks to remove.
5 of 10: If you just pull rocks at random, you'll quickly discover that if you leave an unsteady structure, the remaining rocks will come tumbling down. You can't, for example, just take the top six rocks, or the ceiling comes down.
6 of 10: Likewise, if you try to take the rocks in the middle, the rocks on the outside fall in to the center. Fooey.
7 of 10: The most stable pattern you can leave here is a honeycomb, which in this case will be a series of X shapes. You may find it works better if you start at the top of the doorway and go down.
8 of 10: Start by removing the second rock down in the middle column. That makes the top five rocks form an X, do you see it?
9 of 10: Repeat this pattern down. At the bottom it gets a little dicey, but just cross your fingers and guess.
