1 of 5: The page says something about hiding something in a "safe place," next to a drawing that looks faintly familiar. Where have you seen three things shaped sort of like anchors?
2 of 5: Remember the coat hooks in Security? That would fit the bill.
3 of 5: The coat hooks (against the left wall as you enter) didn't have a hotspot before, but they do now. Look again at the shredded page and see if you can figure out what to do next.
4 of 5: The three hooks need to be turned a specific number of times. I had a hard time telling exactly how many times, so I'll tell you --
