How come I don't pass Victor in the hall?
It does seem a little odd that in this tiny office with one elevator and no stairs, you'd have to see him going to the workshop when you're going to Niko's office. But you never do. Maybe he has a secret teleporter? Not that I mind; any time I can avoid Victor, I'm all for it.
