What can I do with the pigeon?
1 of 13: For most of the game, very little. If you look at him closely, you'll see 12 red circles and a button. Push the button, and the pigeon will do a little dance for you. That's about it.

6 of 13: Niko said three numbers after he mentioned the pigeon: 13, 6, and 5. If you look at the tray in front of the pigeon, you can see that there are three rows of circles, and they look exactly like the seven magnets we picked up.
7 of 13: So how do we use seven magnets to depict three numbers? By using a number system you've been using repeatedly throughout this game.
8 of 13: Yes, it's time for binary numbers! Don't let anyone tell you computer games aren't educational. Read on for the answer.
9 of 13: There were three numbers (13, 6, 5), and there are three rows of circles in the pigeon's tray. So let's assume the first row is 13, the second 6, and the third 5.
10 of 13: If you check the "Binary Buster" poster on the second floor that shows all the numbers from 1 to 15 in binary, you'll see that 13 = 1101. If we use magnets for the ones and no magnets for the zeroes, that's magnet, magnet, space, magnet.
11 of 13: For the second row, 5 is 101, but we have four slots; let's assume a zero at the front, as you did when you were solving Niko's notebook -- 0101. Do the same for the third row.
12 of 13: When you get the magnets in the right places, push the pigeon's button, and he'll do something slightly different. If not, well, time to recheck the magnets.
