How do I learn the password to Jessalyn's phone?
1 of 13: One day you'll come back to look at Jess's phone, and hurrah! it will finally be charged. And --
2 of 13: -- it needs a password. Blast! Read to the end of this hint for the password.
3 of 13: I wonder who would have an idea what Jess's password might be? Jess's mom is not the most tech-savvy person in the world, and Colton and Wade seem to have wandered off. Let's try Jess's girlfriend.
4 of 13: Use your phone to call Addison (you can get the number from Clara) and ask her about Jess's password. She tells you to look at the tombstone portion of the scavenger hunt she and Jess played.
5 of 13: If you don't have the scavenger hunt list, go back outside to the front gate and turn right, then pick up the piece of paper in the grass. The part you're interested in is the bit labeled "Gravestone Epitaph Hunt! (W, L)".
6 of 13: In case it's not obvious, W means word and L means letter. So what you need to do here is --
7 of 13: -- go to the cemetery, find each gravestone mentioned, find the word in the clue, then find the letter in that word, and that's one part of the password.
8 of 13: For example, the first clue for Amateurs is "Nana 8 1." If you read the brown book on the right side of the mantelpiece in the parlor, you'll see that Sarah Thornton's nickname was Nana.
9 of 13: Find Sarah's gravestone in the cemetery; it's on the left next to Charlotte's grave. Now count the words (including the name but skipping the dates) and find the 8th word.
10 of 13: The eighth word is VOICE, and the first letter of that is V. So the first letter of the password for Amateurs is V. See?
11 of 13: Most of the clues are pretty easy, since there are only 15 gravestones here and two of them are blank. You can also get some help from Wade, who will tell you who each of these people were the first time you look at them.
