Nancy Drew 29: The Silent Spy Hints
What do I do with what I learn?
of 13: Well, this makes one thing pretty clear: the culprit is --
of 13: -- Ewan, that weasel. The message here is chilling: he has the formula for the virus and is preparing to release it. Yikes!
of 13: But there is one thing that might help, and that's his reference to a key. He says something about a coin with a two-toned animal on it and locker 42. Hmm.
of 13: Do you remember seeing a coin collection somewhere?
of 13: It was in the spy toys display in the hub. Go there and see if you can find a two-toned coin with an animal on it.
of 13: There are three coins with two tones, but only one shows an animal --
of 13: -- the rand in the fourth row, middle column. Take it and go use it on locker 42 in the train station.
of 13: Wow! Nancy wasn't kidding when she called this Ewan's secret lair, was she? Explore thoroughly! And I'll help you out by telling you the place is empty and no one will jump out of a corner while you're here, so explore to your heart's content.
of 13: There are several notes around the place that will help you make sense of the plot, plus a letter that Kate clearly wrote for you when she knew she was in critical danger. Heartbreaking!
of 13: In the area straight ahead when you enter the area, there are four notes; take a photo of the note showing the new security code.
of 13: In the area to the right, you'll find Kate's letter and a message she sent that directs Moira to the Jabberwocky poem. ("So rested he by the tum-tum tree / And stood a while in thought ... ") Clearly, it was all far beyond Ewan's limited abilities.
of 13: When you've seen all those pages, leave the station and go talk to Zoe, who along with being the closest to a person you can trust is the only person still around who might be able to help you out.
of 13: Zoe makes some adjustments to the glasses, which will now function as a way to communicate with her. Go to the Cathedral hub, put them on, and she'll tell you what to do next. This is gonna be fun! (Yeah, right.)
