Nancy Drew 30: The Shattered Medallion Hints
OK, I cave ... (goldmine comic)
of 9: You find this page, which Nancy's list refers to as the "gold mine" comic, in the Lake Te Anau cave --
of 9: -- to the left of the fire bowl inside the cave. The person in the comic seems to be the one identified in an earlier page as "an athlete strong with speed and ambition." That sounds like Kiri to me.
of 9: And the last two pages seem to show the gold mine in Cromwell. Let's go back there!
of 9: Go into the right mine shaft, go into the left fork, and look through the peephole.
of 9: Man, Kiri almost got killed! But she did remove the obstruction. Go into the left mineshaft and take the left fork.
of 9: The stones in the wall here can be turned to spell something -- not something significant, but recognizable English words at least.
of 9: Note that some stones could be a bunch of different letters. The one that looks like a W could be an E if you turn it once, or an M if you turn it twice.
of 9: Don't recognize the words? They are --
of 9: OMINOUS on the top, and OMNISICENT on the bottom. This gets you an odd item you'll need for the end game, so just hold onto it for now.
