Where is the underwater observatory, and how do I get in?
1 of 6: It's in a nearby body of water. Did you know that a "sound" is an inlet of the ocean separating an island from the mainland?
2 of 6: The observatory is reached via a large buoy-type thing in Doubtful Sound. If you haven't seen it, go there, get in a kayak, and go left, forward, right, left to find it.
3 of 6: Now all you need is the password. Have you checked your phone for messages lately?
4 of 6: See the one about gaining phone access? That's the one you need.
5 of 6: Go to the Puzzle Palace and solve the puzzle to gain not only use of the phone, but also the password to open the hatch and enter the underwater observatory.
6 of 6: The password you get will open the hatch in the buoy and get you into the underwater observatory. Like all the passwords in this game, it won't work until you solve that puzzle; if you did but you forgot the password, look in the Notes next to your to-do list.
