Your moves didn't work!
Well, I did warn you -- the dog doesn't always move the same way every time. I tested out my moves over and over, and sometimes they worked exactly the way I wrote them, and sometimes I had to make adjustments on the fly because the dog did something unexpected.
All I can say is, stay alert. The first move is always right, and the arrangement of blocks is almost always right, but you may need to apply them in a different order. And when you finish each puzzle, save your game so you don't have to do it again.
