The Mystery of the Nautilus Hints
I'm being depth-charged, and time is running out!
of 12: It looks like you're going to need to navigate the Nautilus out of here.
of 12: Once you've completed the necessary tasks, you will enter a timed sequence that requires you to take several headings, move the ship along those headings, and navigate it to safety.
of 12: You can only control the ship from the steering wheel in the Lounge.
of 12: However, you will need information from the Cartography Room to navigate correctly.
of 12: The map in the Cartography Room will give you enough information to input new headings into the controls next to the steering wheel.
of 12: You will need to take the information from the map, and input it to the controls, to make some progress through the canyon you are in.
of 12: However, doing so once is not enough.
of 12: This is a tough canyon to navigate, so you'll need to return to the Cartography Room after each setting, assess your current position, and get further information on new navigation settings.
of 12: Once you have done this three times, you should be free of the canyon.
of 12: You must do all of this in a timed sequence, which requires a lot of back-and-forth traveling within the ship.
of 12: However, the coordinates do not change from game to game.
of 12: You can circumvent some of the back-and-forth by saving your game at the beginning of the sequence, getting all the coordinates you have time for, and then returning to the saved game, and inputting all coordinates one after the other, without returning to the Cartography Room each time.
