Nancy Drew 11: Curse of Blackmoor Manor Hints

So what's with the pipes?

  • 1 of 6: Click on them, and they turn. But what way should you turn them?
  • 2 of 6: There's a diagram of this in the Mutus Liber, on page 4.
  • 3 of 6: In general, you need to turn the pipes so they make a complete circle around the hall. Doing this allows the oil Jane poured into the reservoir to flow to the forge.
  • 4 of 6: The only two pipes that pose a problem are Jupiter and the Moon. Turn the Jupiter piece so it looks like a T. Turn the Moon piece so the bulb is facing up. Here's a picture in case this doesn't make sense to you:
  • 5 of 6: When you get it right, you'll hear a loud gushing sound and Nancy will say that she's done something right. (Just like her to take all the credit.)
  • 6 of 6: And as usual, this puzzle is easier in the DVD version.
