I can't see any ghosts at all!
If you're absolutely sure you've followed the directions exactly (read the rest of the hint for the locations of all the ghosts), you may have encountered a bug in the program.
The only solution I've heard of is to uninstall and then reinstall the game, saving your saved games. Load in the game where you were about to start the ghost game, and you should see ghosts this time.
