Nancy Drew: The Secret of the Old Clock Hints
Hole 5
1 of 4: This is the most gosh-darned blankity-heck yucky-pucky hole, and I really mean that. Okay, I've calmed down now, let's get started. Junior and Senior par is 5.
2 of 4: The first thing is to get past the crab. Place the ball at the far left of the tee and hit a moderately hard shot right to bounce the ball around the crab, like this:
3 of 4: The next step is to get the ball up that steep and narrow ramp. You have to hit quite hard to get the ball up the ramp, and it's got to be lined up EXACTLY or you'll bounce off the side of the ramp and roll back down to the crab area and have to start ALL OVER AGAIN. ("Oh, horse feathers!" as Nancy says.)
4 of 4: The last part of the hole is fairly easy, except that you need to hit the ball hard enough to get it up the last slope where the cup is, but not so hard that it bounces off the back wall and rolls down again.
