Nancy Drew: The Secret of the Old Clock Hints
How is this game different from the others?
1 of 3: The interface of the game is similar to all the earlier games and exactly the same as the last two, so if you've played them you won't have any trouble here.
2 of 3: The setting of the game is very different, though. We're now in 1930, when the original Nancy Drew book "The Secret of the Old Clock" was published. That means no laptop, no cell phone, and no Internet. It's also Nancy's first case, so she's never done this before and isn't sure what to do sometimes. Gasp! How shall we then live?
3 of 3: Don't panic, though. There's a phone when you need one, and books to look up the facts you need. Bess and George have made the time travel trip with you, so you can call them if you need to and you have a nickel. And for the first time, we get to talk to Nancy's lawyer father, and he's very helpful and very bright. You'll do fine.
