2 of 3: Putting the dolls in the right order doesn't do anything until you've actually had Bess and George tell you the name of the shoe maker.
3 of 3: So read Jake's letter, look at the shoes in close-up, call Bess and George, take a picture of the shoes, send them the picture, and call them back to get the info. NOW you can go put the dolls in order.
