3 of 5: In the little table next to the sampler, there's something in the drawer. It's a long hank of black hair with a tag on it that says Thomasina O'Neill.
4 of 5: Next to the horse-race game, there's a plaid box on a chair. Look at it to see a receipt for Teddy Eberhart.
