Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon Hints
Are there any Easter eggs or other in-jokes?
1 of 4: There are the usual assortment of stuff from other games, such as Krolmeister, the Acme Industries of the Nancy Drew universe. In the last game they made nails and crystal radio parts; now they're doll makers. Man, those guys do *everything.*
2 of 4: There are also a fair number of references to the number 13, since this is the 13th game of the series. Look for at least six on the cover of the box, for example.
3 of 4: And of course there's Charleena Purcell, a character from "Shadow Ranch." She doesn't look a lot like her publicity photo in that game; but then, publicity photos are usually altered to make the people look younger and prettier than they really are, you know.
4 of 4: As to actual Easter eggs (hidden programming funnies, like the clucking teeth in "Blackmoor Manor"), none have been uncovered yet, though the people who make the game haven't ruled out the possibility. See what you can find! and let me know!
