What is this comment about "Thirsty Knows"?
1 of 3: Remember how I said some of the clues won't make any sense until you've already solved the mystery? This is one of those.
2 of 3: After you open the stove with the duck on the door and find out the engineer's name, look at it again and see if it makes sense. If not, forget about it; it's not particularly relevant.
3 of 3: The engineer was James Thurston, and Jake says Thurston knows the order the gems go in the machine. "Thirsty" is apparently a nickname for Thurston. Now aren't you sorry you asked?
