1 of 2: Minette tells you to take them to the park and release them. You can do this whenever you want; they'll be perfectly safe in your inventory till then.
2 of 2: The next time you're at Pont Neuf, look at the Eiffel box in your inventory. This will trigger Nancy to let the cockroaches loose, and good riddance.
