2 of 3: Well, it's got to be in the tent back at her camp, so haul yourself back there and start searching.
3 of 3: In fact, it's in the pile of boxes and stuff right by the door. After you go into the tent, turn left toward the radio, then left again to zoom in on the boxes. You'll find the clipboard there.
