Which of the information displays do I need to read?
1 of 2: They're all interesting, but only one of them is important for the game: the one on Hawai'ian plants, which Nancy asked Frank to find out for her.
2 of 2: If you want to read all of them without going bankrupt, save your game before you start. Then put in a BI buck and read the first display; then load in the saved game again and read a different one. They're all interesting, though not vital, as I said.
