One of the guests is gone!
1 of 3: One of the guests may leave before you finish the survey (when you look through the bedrooms), but that's not fatal.
2 of 3: Check the bench in the foyer for a note from the person who left; it has the person's home phone number and asks for a call. You can then call and get most of the info directly. (Give them an hour or two to get home first, though.)
3 of 3: The only thing Nancy doesn't ask is the person's preference for paprika. However, if you read Nancy's notebook entry about Tino's survey, you'll see her suggestion as to how to answer that question.
