Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek Hints

I need to go outside, and I can't!

  • 1 of 3: That's because it's so darn COLD outside. (It's January in a place called Icicle Creek Lodge. What were you expecting, palm trees?)
  • 2 of 3: Nancy won't venture outside unless it's warm enough for her to survive, and a good thing too. A quick look at the gauge next to the door will tell you if it's safe to go outside. If the pointer is on "Caution," you can go outside and stay for a long time without a problem. If it's on "Danger," you can still go out, but you'll get cold faster. If it's on "Extreme Danger," Nancy won't go outside at all.
  • 3 of 3: In general, the temperature is workable from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The rest of the time, you need to either find things to do around the lodge or change the time to the next morning.
