Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek Hints
How do I use the snowmobile?
1 of 6: As Ollie says, this isn't rocket science. Basically, you just step on the gas and try not to steer into trees.
2 of 6: Click the left mouse button and hold it down to go forward, and move the mouse to point it in the direction you want to go. Go in the direction of the large green arrow till you come to Skookum Ridge.
3 of 6: You can hit the snowmen if you want (and it's kind of fun, because they yelp when you hit them), but avoid trees, rocks, and even the shadows of trees and rocks. The more times you hit things, the weaker the snowmobile gets, and eventually it will blow up and take you with it.
4 of 6: There's no time limit here, due to Nancy's, or rather the snowmobile's, heated seat. If you keep hitting things because the snowmobile is going too fast, let go of the mouse button and it will coast to a stop; no one said you had to get there fast. Also, if there's no clear path in the direction the arrow is going, go right or left till you find a path. The arrow will continue to point the way.
5 of 6: When you get to the top of the screen, go left till you find the Skookum Ridge sign and drive toward it to stop. After you've had a good look around, turn around to struggle back to the lodge.
6 of 6: And don't forget to tell the Avalanche Patrol and Ollie what you found when you get back.
