What's the combination of the lock on the door?
1 of 6: Remember that weird note you found in the coat the wolf brought you after you got off the ice floes? That's it. (Read all the way to the end of this hint for the answer.)
2 of 6: Look at the four abstract designs on the piece of paper. Notice anything unusual about them?
3 of 6: They're all symmetrical -- that is, if you could hold that piece of paper up to a mirror, each design would look exactly the same as it does now.
4 of 6: You can make the same kind of design yourself. Take a piece of paper and write a big R on it in wet ink or paint. Draw a vertical line against the left edge of the R, then fold the paper along that line while the ink is still wet. When you unfold it -- weird!
5 of 6: That's what the writer of this paper did. Look at it again, and this time cover the left side of each design to see what you see. (For senior detectives, cover the right side of the design.)
