1 of 5: Don't dilly dally or the guard will catch you loitering around in the hall.
2 of 5: Where do you want to search?
3 of 5: Go straight for the room you want to search. Don't hang around the halls any longer than necessary.
4 of 5: The time may be based on the number of turns or steps you take. The count seems to reset when you get inside a room. (The amount of time is less for Senior and Master Detectives.)
5 of 5: Try darting inside Rick or Mattie's dressing room when you first go in. Then proceed to another room.
