Nancy Drew: The Final Scene Hints

How does this puzzle work?

  • 1 of 4: Each tile is actually a square with four sides.  There is a different design on each side, which can be seen by clicking on it.  Moving one tile almost always moves at least one other one.
  • 2 of 4: With this type of puzzle, it seems to work best to click on the tile that moves the largest number of the others first.  Work backwards from there, clicking on the one that affects only itself last.
  • 3 of 4: The object is to have all of the fronts showing the same picture.  So, see what design is the same on all of the blocks by clicking on each one four times.
  • 4 of 4: The common design on all blocks is a Spade.  To solve puzzle, all of the fronts should show a spade.
