Nancy Drew: The Final Scene Hints
Can you tell me what to do?
of 11: The steps were written plainly in the Stage Technician's Guide. (Nancy MUST read the guide or else none of the buttons and switches will respond.)
of 11: As you go through the steps, you can back away from the panel and look at the stage to see your progress. If you goof, you can undo one or more steps until you get it right.
of 11: Begin with #1 under Steps for the Control Board -- turning on the main power to the board. The power button is to the left of the microphone. If it is already glowing red, the power is on. If not, push it. (It was already on each time I played.)
of 11: 2. Punch in the Code for the Houdini Transformation. Zoom in on the number pad and punch in the numbers that were written in red in the margin on that page: 121192
of 11: 3. Press the Left and Right Fader Power Buttons to bring power to the Fader Switches. Zoom in on the lower panel with the buttons and switches. Press the 2 lower buttons. Everything has power now. On to the next set of instructions.
of 11: To lower the cages onto the floor of the stage, you will use the 2 sliding buttons on the left side of that same panel (these are the "Fader Switches"). Slide both of them down to the very bottom by clicking underneath them.
of 11: Press the Magnet button, which attaches the Tunnel Columns to the cages.
of 11: Now you want to raise the cages a bit off of the floor. Slide both Fader Switches up one notch.
of 11: Open the trap doors underneath the cages. Press the Trap Door Button.
of 11: The guide said it was very important to lock everything in place. The lock switch is the unlabeled one on the very far right side. Click on it.
of 11: You are now ready to see what is underneath those cages on stage!
