Nancy Drew: The Final Scene Hints
Junior Solution
of 10: This puzzle is not terribly hard, and there is no time limit. It is quite fun to try and solve it by yourself. Since there are many ways to reach the solution, work with it several times to get a feel for what needs to be done. Just back out of the screen if you need to start from scratch.
of 10: Here is a picture of the way the puzzle looks when you begin.
of 10: There are many ways to solve this puzzle. These hints describe how I solved it.
of 10: The hardest piece to move out of the way is the middle gold square, which blocks the exit.
of 10: Get started by working with the two upright pieces directly next to the middle gold square.
of 10: Move the long orange rectangle to the top and the pink one below it to the bottom. This clears a half section for the middle gold square, so move that square right.
of 10: Move the rabbit block to the left so it will block movement there temporarily and clear the section on its right edge.
of 10: The rightmost orange rectangle can go up, but you need to slide the pink one above it to the right first.
of 10: Then scoot the bottom right pink block up.
of 10: I think you can figure out the rest by yourself. If you need more help, the graphic below shows the completed puzzle before my last move.
